Xin WANG

Xin WANG is a Chinese-French actress born in Tianjin, China. At 18, she started as a model for Metropolitan Modeling Agency in Paris, where she discovered her ability to become an actress. After featuring as the leading role in award-winning short films (The Post, The Doggy Style, The Ride to Fame), she distinguished herself in various roles for television: "The Girl at the Bottom of Sake Glass" (Canal +), "Empreintes Criminelles" (France 2), "Shanghai Blues" (Arte) and in movies like Emmanuel Sapolsky's "The Eye of Silence", "The Soul of the Tiger" by François Yang, “Everything Now" by Richard Berry.

It’s with the French-Chinese Show "Ex-Model" and its semi-autobiographical character that Xin WANG finds her audience on both continents as "Ex-Model" becomes a commercial success and a critically acclaimed series. "Ex-Model" is awarded at the 2015 Series Mania festival in the "Best Web Series" category.

Xin also develops her carreer as a screenwriter and producer for many projects between China & France. She produced, co-wrote and plays the leading part of a gritty photographer in the English speaking tv series “The Switch” 10x22mn for Fashion One Television. In 2018, she made a notable guest in iQIYI TV's most popular series "The thunder". Her character Song Qian was named "the most charming actress in the series" by internet viewers. Xin WANG also stars in  “The Good, The Bad and the Buzz” a fiction about internet influencer’s crazy life, selected for Screenings at the 2019's First Festival in Xining China.
